Partnerships
The Romonet team helped to develop the EU Code of Conduct for data centres alongside the European Commission JRC and UK-DEFRA. Liam Newcombe (Romonet's CTO) has chaired of the code's best practice working group since it was launched in 2008 and manages the yearly review of the best practice guide.

| Romonet collaborated with the Carbon Trust and BCS through a jointly funded programme to develop the data centre cost and energy simulator. The project ran for a year and delivered the simulator along with a web user interface that is currently hosted by the BCS DCSG. | |
