Management Team
Arun Shenoy - Director of Sales

Arun brings 25 years of experience in the software, hardware and technology services                  industry in both start-ups and big companies, including IBM and Intel.  He is responsible for leading and executing Romonet’s sales across the company.

 
Arun has a significant track record of individual and management achievement and leadership in enterprise solutions and services sales.  He is most passionate about making innovative technology meaningful to business and creating a culture of people-focused success.
Jim Rodriguez - Director of Customer Service

Jim brings a wealth of direct experience to Romonet as the head of our Customer Service department. Based out of San Francisco, Jim's data center and ICT knowledge and experience have been honed in senior roles in business such as PacBell, Digital Island, Exodus, Cable & Wireless and Savvis.

Jim has direct operational and client services experience as well direct end-user experience from his more recent roles at Tagged.com and The Heiden Group.
John Cusick - Director of Business Development

Over the past 10 years, data center solutions and services have been central to John's direct and channel sales success within Global 5000 organisations. He has a genuine interest in solving business problems with technology, and his achievements are demonstrated in successful outcomes across enterprise, service provider and outsourcing clients.

John has driven innovation and business success with organisations such as Cable & Wireless, Exodus Communications and Telstra International by consistently pushing the boundaries to deliver complex solutions and services in a sustainable, cost effective way.
Jari Worsley - Head of Engineering

Jari has been working in the IT industry since 1995, starting in software development and working through a variety of roles and companies since then.

Jari is responsible for the team of software developers within Romonet and for steering the enhancement and delivery of this world-leading software suite.

 
Flavio da Silva - Director of Marketing

Flavio is a 25 year IT & Telecomms Marketing veteran with assignments in Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific for companies such as Motorola and Level 3 Communications. Most recently Flavio was Head of Marketing for ViaSat UK, the data-at-rest encryption arm of ViaSat Inc.

Flavio speaks five languages and has a MSc in Electrical Engineering from Brussels University as well as a MSc in Management from Boston University.
